The Process

From harvest to payout.

Our four-step process is designed to protect your grain's quality and your wallet. We handle the technical infrastructure so you can focus on scale.

01

Aggregation & Intake

Farmers deliver their harvest to our closest regional hub. We accept maize, sorghum, millet, rice, and soybeans. Every bag is inspected, weighed on digital scales, and verified in your presence.

  • Digital weighing (kg accuracy)
  • Transparent receipt issuance
  • SMS confirmation to farmer

02

Quality Grading & Cleaning

We don't just store grain; we improve it. Our on-site facilities clean out debris and dry the grain to optimal moisture levels (typically 12–13.5% for maize). This increases your grain's grade and market value.

"Graded grain consistently fetches 15–20% higher premiums than ungraded rural market stock."

03

Secure Storage

Your grain is stored in our monitored silos. We provide professional fumigation and aeration to eliminate pest risk. You hold the Warehouse Receipt, which acts as a deed of ownership.

  • 24/7 physical security
  • Insurance coverage for all stock
  • Tradeable digital warehouse receipts

Market Matching & Liquidation

When the market is right, we connect your volume to our network of vetted off-takers — feed mills, flour processors, and exporters. We handle the contract negotiation. Once sold, you receive payment directly to your bank account or via mobile money.
